Khaled Hosni

Founder/President/CEO

In 1999, Khaled joined the publishing industry as a Sales Representative with Longman. From 2002 to 2005, he was the Sales and Marketing Manager of the ELT department that he established at Dar ElFarouk Publishing House. His numerous tasks included commissioning authors and selecting titles for promotion. He also established Educational Services Company in 2002. Between 2005 and 2006, he was the Managing Director of Arabia Bookshop. In 2006, he established Bloom Press and was its Managing Director. In 2018, he established Better Education Group.

Khaled is an avid CEO, attending the London Bookfair, Frankfurt Bookfair and workshops related to the publishing industry whenever his time allows.

Douglas Henry Jack

Douglas was born and raised in Scotland and has a career of more than 50 years, which has furnished a well-developed professional working knowledge of diverse management functions. He initially trained in the Supply and Secretariat Branch of the Royal Navy. However, his experience has predominantly been in the field of personnel administration and the teaching of English as a foreign language. Since 2001, he has worked in school management positions and as an English Language Consultant in Egypt

Mohamed has been in the school book sales and promotion fields since 2004. He is highly enthusiastic and has plenty of out of the box ideas.
